Company Overview
Founded in 1982 in Wilmington, Delaware, Composites USA has grown into a premier manufacturer of high-quality fiberglass corrosion-resistant products. Our journey began as a small fabricator, and through the strategic acquisition of Jones & Hunt in 1994, we extended our legacy back to the 1950s. Our state-of-the-art facility located in Northeast Maryland boasts 50,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing space strategically positioned along the I-95 corridor between Baltimore and Philadelphia to efficiently support a wide range of production and site projects.
Our Expertise

We specialize in designing and fabricating critically engineered FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) equipment, including FRP tanks, scrubbers, dual laminate tanks, and FM and UL-approved ducts. Industry-Leading Certification
We proudly hold the unique distinction of manufacturing the only FRP duct with a Factory Mutual (FM) stamp and UL181 certification. This certification allows our duct systems to be installed without the need for sprinklers, thanks to their outstanding Flame Spread rating of 5 on both interior and exterior surfaces and a Smoke Development rating of 10. These unmatched scores are achieved through the use of phenolic-based resins instead of conventional vinylester resins, setting our products apart from the competition.
